Return Policy
Temsis Medical follows 5 days return policy. You can be assured that Temsis Medical stands by the quality of the products we offer.
Temsis Medical will gladly accept returned merchandise and provide a refund or credit when the returned item(s) meet the following criteria:
Item(s) must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging in a condition and include all accessories, manuals, brochures, and manufacturer documentation.
Cancellation
If you cancel your order after it has already been shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply and both shipping & payment gateway charges will be deducted. Once your package arrives please ensure it is not damaged or defective in any way. Notification of returns for damaged products must be made with 24 hours of receiving your items. If you cancel the order before shipping only payment gateway charges will be deducted.
Refund
Temsis Medical accepts Visa, MasterCard, select Debit Cards, Net Banking, Cheque/DD, Bank Transfer, and Direct Bank Deposits. If the payment was made (paid through credit card/debit card/net banking), the amount is refunded in the same account from which the payment was made.
For Debit/Credit Card/Net banking 7-10 working days from the refund initiation date.
